Introduction
The Manual Access Hatch product is a simple thermally broken manual hinged skylight. The product has been designed with the option of incorporating either a double glazed unit or a powder coated insulated panel. Gas struts make operation simple and efficient and assist in keeping the rooflight stable once open.
The unique features of the Manual Access Hatch skylight include flush glazing and high security. Dual coloured as standard RAL 9010 Matt White / RAL 7015 Matt Grey, to match both inside and external finishes.

Please note that sizes refer to overal weathered upstand dimensions.
Double Glazed Unit comprising of 6mm inner and outer panes with 20mm air filled cavity as standard.
Insulated panel consists of 25mm polyfoam insulation sandwiched between 3mm aluminium inner and outer skins.

Installation
Installation onto prepared roof apertures and up-stands is simple, each rooflight is supplied assembled, packaged with instructions and fitting kit. Either follow our detailed assembly instructions, or opt for an installation service by one of our regional fitting teams.
All standard sizes are factory pre-assembled and delivered in one completed unit. An on site lifting facility will be required to locate the heavier units to the roof location.

Delivery times for standard sizes are typically ex-stock, bespoke sizes/colours 4 weeks subject to circumstances. Prices are guide only, please submit your enquiry for a firm fixed price. Please remember when requesting a quote specify the outside dimensions of the upstand/kerb, you should then make an allowance of approximately 200mm for inside dimensions subject to chosen internal finishes dimension.
