Introduction
Introducing the Skyglide sliding rooflight, utilizing our flushglaze principles this rooflight offers unique characteristics of frameless glazing to achieve maximum daylight, longevity and high performance. The Skyglide has telescopic cantilevering opening function which creates a almost 100% clear opening. The glass is structurally bonded and triple sealed making it ideal for flat roof applications. Keeping water ponding and condensation risks to a minimum by the elimination of internal and external flashings and metalwork.

The Skyglide is also available as a pyramid shaped design, the Skyline Pyramid glass roof range enhances any building or skyline, designed to achieve maximum sustained natural daylight.

The rooflight is opened electrically, operated by a rocker switch positioned at the discretion of the client. It includes a ‘one touch’ facility, where the switch is pressed then released leaving the rooflight to open automatically. If you wish the unit to stop, press close once. If you wish to have the unit only part open, you can keep the switch pressed until this point is reached.

Colour- all our Skyglide rooflights are Powder coated to RAL7015 Grey Outer or as an alternative RAL9010 White, alternative paint specifications are available however these can affect both price and lead times.

Warranty– the Skyglide Rooflight comes with a standard 5 year warranty (subject to Glazing Vision maintenance agreement)

Anything larger than above can be catered for but would fall under our non-standard Half Sliders 28mm DGU Comprising of: 4mm toughened outer pane, 20mm Argon filled silicone sealed cavity with black spacer, 4mm low E toughened inner.

All Sliding rooflights are battery powered and trickle charged for continuous usage in the event of a power failure. All Sliding rooflights are also fitted with a manual override.

Installation
Installation onto prepared roof apertures and up-stands is simple, each rooflight is supplied assembled, packaged with instructions and fitting kit. Either follow our detailed assembly instructions, or opt for an installation service by one of our regional fitting teams. All standard sizes are factory pre-assembled and delivered in one completed unit.
